Care Instructions
Turn mattress periodically upside down and end to end every two weeks for the first three months. Thereafter, turn the mattress every sixty to ninety days as needed. This will help to equalize the compaction of the upholstery materials and to ensure maximum life and comfort. For non-flip mattresses, we suggest rotating the mattress from corner to corner to assist in equalizing the body impressions and to fully maximize the comfort performance of the product. Our non-Flip mattresses have anti-slip material on the bottom, which is different from the top surface profile. The anti-slip feature assists in reducing mattress movement on flat surfaces, such as foundation / box-spring. The materials used in the mattress are designed to conform to your body and therefore body impressions are not considered as a structural defect. Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort level is conforming to your body. Please turn and/or rotate your mattress as part of the maintenance of the product. Never fold, bend, stand or jump on the mattress as it exerts excessive strain on the component parts and will seriously damage the mattress. Use a firm and supportive foundation to prevent mattress from sagging. Inappropriate bed frame or foundation may not provide sufficient support and gradually the mattress will sag. For individual pocketed spring mattress, it may be more ideal to use bed frame with solid base. Cord Handles on the sides of mattress are designed to rotate your mattress only and not to be used to carry or flip it over.
